When GLaDOS was transported to Gotham City, she woke up with a body very similar to her former self, or rather, the woman who served as her personality core and template when she first was installed. Hence she chose the name Caroline for herself, though that's by no means who she is--she is still GLaDOS, Caroline remaining the voice of conscience in the back of her head. One she isn't particularly fond of, but despite her claims has not managed to get rid of entirely, which makes her more conflicted than she'd like. Nonetheless, the urge to test has gone down somewhat, and thanks to Caroline's personality serving as her core and conscience once more, has more regard for other people's safety. Or, well. She'd feel bad about killing them. Probably.
